: Supervises documentation catalogues preparation,
Modification & update. Supervises training activities for both customers &
Employees "Including preparing technical material & organization of
sessions. Support field service staff (including dealers, fleet owners and
technical staff) Assists service, Warranty departments in achieving the
optimum operation targets. Keep track (follow up) of modification of SB &
PQR presentation, content & application. Establishes the sub divisions of
the technical support department “Document, Training, Help desk and the It
related infrastructure.
Qualifications: Mech. Engineer with min 5 years automotive experience in
the department of service & maintenance Previous Experience in training,
tech support is an advantage. Perfect documentation and catalogues
experience.
